Monitor and analyze work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Work with each direct report to establish goals and objectives for each year and monitor and advise on the progress to enhance professional development of the staff. Provide training to new and existing staff as needed. Special projects as assigned.

Details: MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: The primary purpose of this position is to provide effective leadership to and management of the Tax and Accounting teams, including full regional management responsibilities, overall practice development, and short/long range strategic planning. Primary areas of focus include developing and implementing a solid business model which produces a reasonable level of profit and meets/exceeds client expectations. In addition, the incumbent must focus on the ongoing professional development of the entire Tax team such that they can deliver high quality tax services. The incumbent actively participates as a member of the Business Solutions leadership team in developing and implementing short and long term strategies to meet business objectives and company expectations.
